Well informed
Katya was excellent: she had well informed replies for questions about paintings that were not part of the tour also. She was very helpful, and easy to understand.
The only drawback was that since she held no sign and the instructions given by Viator were general (meet guide at entrance of National Gallery), we took a while to find Katya.
